Method

1. Prepare vegetables

2.Saute vegetables and spices . Boil the water.
Saute the 3 chopped vegetables vegetables, spices and mashed garlic in Fest’s non stick frypan N30 by adding the olive oil.Stir and let the vegetables simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes, as the spices intensify their aromas.
At the same time, boil about 5 liters of water in Fest’s non stick large casserole N26  and place it on a stove with high intensity and with the lid closed, to boil, quickly.
3.Saute the minced meat.
Turn up the heat and add the minced meat in the frypan. Stir every now and then to get color everywhere, for about 5-7 minutes, breaking the minced meat pellets.
4.Boil the pasta.
When the water boils, you will remove the lid of the pot and you will add 2 tbsp. chopped, coarse salt and after it boils, you will add the pasta. Set the timer to remind you to take them out 30 ”before the time indicated on the package.
5.Finish the sauce.
Reduce the heat to low, add the wine and stir to give the minced meat color and flavor. Then add the tomato paste if you want the fastest version of the recipe with more intensity and sweet tomato. If you prefer a milder tomato flavor, use the grated tomato, which will take about 5 minutes longer to cook to drain the liquid. Add salt and pepper and stir every now and then for as long as the pasta will need to boil and then turn off the heat and remove the bay leaves, cinnamon and spices.
6.Mix the spaghetti with the minced meat sauce.
When the pasta is ready, if you want to strain it, keep a pot of boiled water because it may be needed in side dishes or mixed with minced meat sauce. Alternatively, you can use a special spoon to put the pasta in the pan with the minced meat sauce and mix them gradually, so that the sauce goes everywhere.
