Ingredients  (for 4 people)

1kg of cleaned pikes
100 ml. White wine
1 onion sliced
2 sliced ​​carrots lengthwise
½ green and ½ red peppers cut into slices
3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
6 sprigs of chopped celery
5-6 peppercorns
10 ml. olive oil
1 bay leaf
Salt Pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

2. Prepare the pike: In Fest’s non-stick oven plate, spread the onion slices, peppers and carrots and place the pikes on them. Fill the fish bellies with a little garlic and celery, add the wine, oil, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt and pepper. Put them in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, depending on the oven .
